The study is now complete and the Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) is being made available for public comment from December 4, 2025 to January 15, 2026. For more information, visit the Notice of Completion and Study Completion pages.

  • Notice of Completion: December 2025

Information collected for this study will be used in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
